Vendor Opportunities
Join us for the 2nd Annual Eve Rising Fundraising Music Festival!

 

Welcome Vendors to the planning stages for the 2011 Eve Rising Festival!  We have chosen some amazing charities to support this year and we are in full force planning mode to create an amazing experience for everyone involved.

 

Registration Fees:  Vendor Fee: $50 / Food Vendor: $75 - $125

 

Advertising: As a grassroots organization, we will rely strongly on social networking, word of mouth, and supporters and volunteers to spread the word about our event.  We have a website and you can also find us on facebook.  Spread the word! 

 

Demonstrations: If you are looking to do a demonstration or provide a service of some kind (henna tattoos, etc), we can offer you premium booth location .

 

Display: Tables and two chairs are included in the cost of your rental and will be provided upon request.  Canopies are recommended.  You are welcome to bring your own 10 x 10 or you can rent one from us.  Please let us know at the time of registering for the festival whether or not you will have a canopy.  

 

Prime Vendor Placement: For an additional fee, we can offer you prime placement to guarantee maximum traffic at the event.  

 

Parking: Free Exhibitor parking at all Shows.

 

We are excited to work with returning vendors and offer thanks to new vendors who have expressed interest in this event.  We are looking forward to working with you in 2011 and beyond!

Where: The Upper Deck, Haverhill(MBTA Station)

Time: 11:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.

 

Electricity: Additional fees will apply depending on the amount of electricity you need.  Electricity use must be scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance of the festival.

Set Up Hours: 9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.
