About Eve Rising

Elle Gallo

For those of you that have yet to hear Elle, she and her band of merry bandmates are notably one of the fastest growing bands in Massachusetts.

They have celebrated being named Boston Battle of The Band Winners (Kings 2009) and Gimmesound.com's fan choice award recipients, they are endorsed by Heineken Light and have opened for Travis Tritt, James Montgomery & J Geils, Duke Robillard, Ernie and The Automatics, Eli Reed, Barrence Whitfield, Entrain and others. Elle is compared mostly to Janis Joplin and Joan Osbourne. Her performances are filled with passion and raw emotion.

And then one day, Elle had this idea about changing the world...one song at a time.

Eve Rising is comprised of a brilliant group of women in arts and enterprise that gather to raise money for charities that support and empower women.  2010 is our first year of operation and we are excited about the prospects of fundraising to support our goals and chosen charities.  Funds raised will help support local charities that support our mission of empowering women.

Ways To Helps

Fundraising can be both easy, fun and uplifting!  We encourage people to be creative and open-minded in the ways they choose to fundraise.

If you are interested in supporting the Eve Rising goal of working to empower women and would like to raise funds, here are some ideas to get you started!

  • Facebook, myspace or e-mail a personal appeal to your friends, families and co-workers with information about the Festival.  The more participants we have the day of the event, the better!
  • Ask your company to get involved. Will they allow you to post a bulletin or send out a group e-mail announcing the festival?
  • Schedule a walk to raise funds and ask people to sponsor you!  This could coincide with the day of the event and end at the castle!
  • Throw a party! Ask all your guests to support your fundraising efforts.
  • Have a yard sale, a bake sale, book drive or car wash!  Remember, this is raising money the fun way!
  • Own a business or know someone that does?  We are holding a raffle!  Ask vendors or local businesses to donate the prizes.
  • Spare change jars!  Never underestimate the power of the piggy bank!  Ask local businesses if they will allow you to place jars at their locations!
  • Brochures and flyers need to be distributed!  Walk your downtown or post in local businesses!  Panera has great bulletin boards!
